Setting up Registration Form
To set up a Registration Form, the organiser must first set up and Publish their registration for the relevant Competition (see separate resource HERE).
To set up the Registration Form:
> Navigate to the Registration module
> Under the tab heading "Competition/Program"
> Registration Form
> Scroll across to the far right of the relevant competition and click on the 3 black dots
> Edit

> Complete the details one by one
- registration open date
- registration close date
- membership product (you can choose multiple options at once in the same box to reflect all of the memberships available)
- tick all of the registration types offered on this registration form
- you can choose to lock registrations if wanted
- you can choose to put in a registration cap if needed
- choosing Publicly Display means that particular membership type will show to anyone who searches for competitions for this organisation or uses the competition specific registration link (URL) for membership types marked Publicly Display. If this is not enabled, then the membership type will only show to anyone who clicks on the specific registration link (URL) for Hidden Membership Types.

> Complete further details if wanted (not compulsory)
- Training days and times
- Training venue
- Special notes you want included on the form (perhaps "Welcome to the season etc etc..)

> Add Reply to Contact Details. This lets users know who to contact if they have any questions.
- Name
- Role
- Phone

> Tick any additional questions required for this competition. These questions are pre-set and unfortunately can't be added to.

> Select the Shop if the organisation requires to offer merchandise at the time of registration.
- Shop items must be paid for at the checkout and are not included in any voucher/discount codes or installments.

> Choose to send invites to the competition, using defined parameters, or not.

> You can then select to either:
- Safe as Draft
- Preview
- Open Registrations

Once this is completed, you will have a form and a specific registration link to give to all members to use to register directly to your Club. (See separate resource on registration links HERE).
Next Steps - As Players Register you will create teams and move players into teams via the Teams Module.
