Registration link
A registration link is what members need to register to each of their specific competitions. Each competition has its own individual registration form and link and it is important that members are reminded to use that specific link in order for the registration to work correctly.
To create a registration form and therefore a registration link, the organiser must first set up and Publish their registration for the relevant Competition. (see separate resource HERE)
To find the Registration link for each competition:
- Navigate to the Registration module
- Under the Competition/Program heading
- Registration Form
- Click on the 3 black dots to the far right of the relevant competition and select "Edit"
- Here you will find the registration link to be used for that specific competition, that can be sent to members, put on social media etc etc.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not copy the below links - they are an example only.

There are two registration links available to use...
Membership Types marked for public display
If the "Publicly Display" box is marked on the Registration Form is enabled, this registration link is the one to use and will be available to anyone in the public who searches for competitions for this organisation.
Hidden Membership Types
If the "Publicly Display" is NOT enabled on the Registration Form, then this registration link is the one to use type and will only show to anyone who is given the link directly.
Hidden membership types may be used for multiple reasons:
- an Association/League only taking registrations for officials where they would share the hidden URL with those officials
- where they don't want people (public) to accidentally register to the Association/League/Club (eg entity teams)
PLEASE NOTE:
It is strongly recommended that people use a computer rather than a phone to register, to ensure they register correctly. If the specific link is not used and a competition/Association/League is simply searched and joined, the user will incorrectly register directly to that competition/Association/League instead of their club and will have to complete the registration again.
