Transaction Fees

Engaging with a third-party payment platform provider of any kind will attract transaction fees. Netball Victoria’s choice of platforms has features proven to save significant time whilst allowing flexibility for our members and volunteer administrators. Payments made to an Association, League or Club will be charged fees.

Direct Debit - A transaction fee of 1.5% + up to 60c applies (capped at $10).

Credit Card - A transaction fee of 2.25% + up to 60c is charged for domestic credit cards and 3.4% + up to 60c for International.  For American Express cards a fee of 2.7% + up to 60c applies.  A minimum charge of 50c will apply to each registration, installment or per match transaction.   

The Netball Connect app is free for all users. Data charges from your provider may apply.

If an Association, League or Club enables Afterpay as an option for payment they will be responsible for the Afterpay transaction fees which are 5.7% + 30c of the total payment amount. Click here for more details.
