Failed Payments & Updating Payment Methods

Payments may fail due to incorrect bank details or for insufficient funds. 


Direct debit - We are not able to alter bank account details. The registration needs to be deregistered, refunded and tried again.  Users can contact their club for assistance. 

Credit card - Members can update their payment method in their user profile. Login, select Payment Method or via the app under More > My Full Profile > Select three dots > Payment Method.   Select Add New to update your payment method. You can also remove the old payment method.


Clubs can click on the failed registration and retry the relevant payment. 

 

Incorrect payment details at the time of registration, will either occur in a failed payment, or funds coming from another account. Both these scenarios would be handled at the club/association level for refunds or re-attempted registrations. Otherwise it would be up to the participant to contact their bank if they wished to have the transaction cancelled.
