Afterpay

Integrating afterpay into Netball Connect offers enhanced payment flexibility for registering users.  Afterpay is a buy now, pay later service that allows end-users to purchase and split into four interest free instalments. 

NOTE: The organisation that the end-user registers to will be responsible for the Afterpay transaction fee (5.7% + 30c of the total payment amount).

How to enable Afterpay as an Administrator

Navigate to Registrations > Create registration competition > Go to Payments Tab > Tick Afterpay

How to Register as an end-user using Afterpay

- Register to competition > Payment Methods > Select Instalments by Afterpay. After Selecting “Submit” you will then be prompted to the Afterpay login page. > Login and verify the payment. Once verified you will then receive an invoice from Netball Connect. 

To track your instalments > Login to afterpay > and go to Orders. This will show you all upcoming and completed instalments.

Additional Information:

• Players that are de-registered through the system where a refund is given > they will receive an email from Afterpay that they will receive the refund amount back to their card or they will be informed of the reduction of fees from Afterpay.
• Players that transfer/move that have used Afterpay will have their payments continue as per the instalment dates set.
• Any partial refunds that are given due to transfer/de-registration will result in instalment payments being reduced by Afterpay to accommodate for the partial refund.
