Our Organisation - Governance
As outlined in the Affiliation Agreement found on the NV website here, Associations and Leagues affiliated to Netball Victoria are required to provide copies of the organisations Constitution and By Laws and to upload Annual General Meeting Minutes and End of Year Financials.
To ensure this process is as simple as possible, we have built into Netball Connect the ability for affiliate Administrators to enter this information directly into the organisation profile.
Navigate to the User Module > Hover over Administrators > Select Our Organisation > Governance. This section allows you to upload your current documents and enter other information as outlined below. Simply click + Add Document, select the relevant file from your computer to upload.
Please consolidate the AGM Minutes and End of Year Financials into one document and upload via the Annual General Meeting Minutes link.
