Replicate Players
And remove/unassign Replicated Players
ALLOW PLAYER REPLICATION - COMPETITION ORGANISER SETUP STEPS
The replicate player function will duplicate a registered player’s name and allow that player to be selected into multiple teams. This removes the requirement for individuals to register into the same competition multiple times if they are playing in multiple teams or divisions/sections etc.
The Association or League must enable the Replicate Player function. This can be done when creating the competition, or anytime after the competition has been created via Fixtures > Owned Competitions > Competition Details > Select 'YES' Allow Player Replication.

REPLICATE A REGISTERED PLAYER
The process for replicating a registered player into another team is the same for Clubs and Associations
Teams Module > Select year, Competition/Program and Division.
Show a list of all registered players by toggling 'Only Show Unassigned', this needs to be off to display a list of all registered users including those who have been assigned to teams already.
If the list of registered players is long, use the Search field to easily find the player you wish to add to another team.
Be sure all Filters under Reg Grp and Division are clear or set to all.
Find the player name and drag to the additional team they will be playing in.
You will see against the player name the original team they were allocated to and then the +1 Other for the additional team. Hover over this to see the team they were allocated to.

UNASSIGN A REPLICATED PLAYER
Remove a replicated player by clicking on the number (ie '2') in the Teams Player column (this number indicates the number of players in the team).
A popup shows all players in the team > Select Unassign for the player you wish to remove from the team. Select Save and the player will be removed from the team.

UNASSIGNED REPLICATED PLAYER SHOWING ADDITIONAL RECORD
Once you have unassigned a player, you may see an additional profile showing for that replicated player. To delete this please select the checkbox against the players name, then select Action > Delete. Select the profile that doesn't have a team listed.
