Notice of Offer

Organisations may chose to use Notice of Offer, to offer the opportunity to players to register before opening registration to all participants.


Any organisation that that creates a registration form can create a Notice of Offer to past or existing users. The notice of offer works with all payment methods except payment plans.


  • On the registration form > select Notice of Offer > Open registrations.
  • Open the Teams module > select one or more users on the right hand side and select actions > Notice of Offer.
  • Complete the Notice of Offer > Send email.
  • The user/s receive an email to complete their registration, effectively accepting the Notice of Offer.
